Birdsong is a team with successful experience in the development and construction of affordable housing communities of significant size and complexity. This experience spans the affordable housing industry and includes housing for low-income families and seniors, housing with supportive services for households at risk of homelessness, housing for Farmworkers and their families, and Housing for Persons with Special Needs.
Birdsong employs a full-time staff of professionals, closely supported by retained consultants who are subject matter experts in their respective disciplines.
The staff possess expertise in State and Federal regulatory compliance, including the requirements of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation
(FHFC), the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),
